Our Team

Co-founder/Therapist
To me, authenticity isn’t just a value — it’s the heart of my therapeutic philosophy. I believe healing unfolds when we have the courage to show up as our truest selves, even when we’re unsure of what that means. My style is honest, relational, and deeply human — blending intuition, creativity, and evidence-based approaches to help clients move toward self-understanding and wholeness.
A lifelong Texan raised in Denton, I find grounding in the rhythms of everyday life — cooking, tending to my many plants, crocheting, and spending time with my six beloved cats. I draw inspiration from community, nature, and the quiet, ordinary moments that remind me to slow down and return to curiosity.
I work primarily with neurodivergent individuals, couples, and families, as well as teens and adolescents navigating identity, self-acceptance, and change. My approach is grounded in Existential Therapy and integrates Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems, and Jungian Psychology to meet clients where they are. I’m especially passionate about exploring generational trauma and the unconscious patterns that shape how we connect with others. Through the lens of shadow work and self-compassion, I help clients bring light to the parts of themselves they’ve learned to hide.
In session, I offer both challenge and care — creating a space where vulnerability is honored and growth feels possible. In both my life and my work, I hold close the belief that growth is not linear but cyclical — a gentle unfolding.
“The sun will rise, and we’ll try again.”

“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.” - Anais Nin
As a therapist, my ultimate goal is to cultivate a space where clients feel safe, welcomed, and encouraged to explore and blossom into their most aligned and authentic self.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Marriage and Family Studies from Brigham Young University–Idaho and my Master’s in Counseling and Development from Texas Woman’s University.I have extensive experience working with teens and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, spiritual/religious deconstruction, LGBTQ+ exploration and identity concerns. My deepest passion lies in supporting those healing from relational or betrayal trauma, domestic violence, and narcissistic abuse.
My approach integrates mindfulness and somatic work, weaving in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotionally Focused techniques. I also enjoy using art therapy, walk-and-talk sessions, and humor in the room. Clients often describe me as warm, direct, compassionate, and nonjudgmental, and I strive to offer a space where you feel seen and deeply understood.
When I’m not meeting with clients, you can find me spending time with two golden retrievers, practicing yoga, being in nature, or simply sharing good food and laughs with my family and friends. These moments remind me to slow down and reconnect, a sense of peace and renewal I hope you’ll experience, too.
I look forward to joining you in your own Golden Hour.

I believe therapy is a space where people come to better understand themselves and I consider it a deep honor to help others reconnect with who they are at their core.
I work with clients across the lifespan, but my specialty lies in supporting children, adolescents, and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship dynamics, and identity exploration. I also have a heart for working with LGBTQ+ youth and those moving through times of self-discovery.
In session, I tailor my approach to the individual, blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and play therapy for kids. Whether I’m helping a child make sense of big feelings or guiding a young adult through a season of change, my goal is always to create a space that feels safe, honest, and empowering.
Clients describe me as calm, understanding, rational, and humanizing; someone who brings both compassion and grounded perspective into the room. My own experience in therapy as a teen was transformative, and it continues to inspire the work I do today.
Outside of the office, I’m likely spending time with friends, trying new restaurants (I proudly consider myself a foodie), or organizing something behind the scenes, which also happens to be the role I fill in our collective. I’m passionate about supporting others and watching them grow into the best version of themselves and I’m honored to walk alongside you on that journey.
